i-Ready System Check

If you are having i-Ready issues, be sure to run the i-Ready System Check, which is located at the following URL:

You can save those test results by going to the File menu, selecting Print and then "Save as PDF". You may then attach this PDF to emails and help desk tickets. You may also just copy/paste the text near the bottom of the page under "Select Report".

Note: shared.learnosity.com will always show TIME OUT and is considered normal.
