New Staff Trainings

2019-20 New Staff Training

• Wednesday, August 28th, 2019, at 9am in the EMC Training Room

• Friday, August 30st, 2019, at 9am in the EMC Training Room

Both training's will last about two hours and will cover the following topics:

• Synergy Navigation

  • Student Information (including Person Search and Phone Search)

  • Reports (including report scenarios and how to create an Excel spreadsheet from a Synergy report)

There will be about an hour at the end for questions or to get into more depth on specific job areas.

Training's are on a drop-in basis -- no need to sign up in advance! If there is a particular topic you'd like me to cover with a trainee, however, please let me know in advance.
