PAR103 - Parent Email by Section / Class

This report can be run by secretaries and office staff to get a list of students and their parents email addresses by section or class.  This report is much like the PAR101 - Parent Email by Student, it just adds the ability to sort by section / class.  This report is formated for printing as a PDF, however, it can also be run as an excel document as well.  The report is located in the SPR > School Reports > Parent Info portion of the tree. (see below)

There are additional filters at the bottom of the report screen for selecting only certain staff classrooms, section ID's, and / or course titles.  This can quickly get you a very specific list of parents emails, especially if you are looking for one teachers classes, or maybe a set of courses by title.

These filters work as a 'contain' parameter.

Example 1: To get a list of all courses and teachers, just leave all the parameters blank.

Example 2:  To get a list of just my Language Arts courses, you could enter 'Language' in the course title field and run the report (this is assuming you named all your language arts courses with 'Language' in the title.  The other filters operate the same way.
