Can Log into SPS Portal, but not i-Ready

If your student logs into the SPS Portal, but they cannot access i-Ready, it may be due to an incorrect username.

Please verify that the student's username is appearing correctly in i-Ready.

If the username is incorrect, for example:

jane.dow@sps19.org 

should be

jane.doe@sps19.org

Please put in a HelpDesk Ticket so that their username can be updated across all systems.
