Welcome to the Springfield School District!
You have entered a technology-dependent work environment and it is important that you are knowledgeable and able to use the teaching and learning tools that are a part of our district's toolbox.
A brief technology orientation and afternoon tech training at the New to SPS Teacher Orientation in August provides some of the basics. However, we’ve found that most new teachers need more than this initial training, which is why the team of dedicated individuals at your school (Principal, Ed Tech Leader, Tech Team members, and other staff) have joined forces to help you gain the knowledge and skills needed for a successful first year in the district.
