Screencastify Submit

Overview

Screencastify submit is also available to you. With Submit, you can create assignments to share with your class. Students will see the directions you provide and will then be able to CREATE and SHARE a video. 

All of the videos for that assignment will be stored in one Google Drive subfolder with the title of that assignment. When you want to create your next assignment, please close that assignment first. 

There are no limits to the length of videos that students can create with Submit, and you as the teacher can control who is able to view the videos and which type of recording the students make. 

This is a wonderful resource. It is VERSATILE and USEFUL. Use Screencastify Submit to...

1. Listen to students read aloud for reading or language classes,

2. Provide a place for band, orchestra, and choir to record lines or mentor examples for their peers,

3. Have students record slide shows to share with other students,

4. Give students a space to record plays acting out historical events,

5. Record science experiments,

6. Have students talk through math solutions step-by-step,

7. Record a class or small group discussion,

8. Provide a space for PE make-ups and skills assessments,

9. Create book talks,
