The Scenario:

The term has started and your seating chart is just showing a bunch of gray squares instead of the smiling faces of your kiddos. 

The Reason this is Happening:

Synergy allows you to create multiple seating charts per class, in case you want a separate seating chart for different groupings of students. It needs you to tell it which students go where, especially if you have multiple sections in your class.

What you can do about it.:

1.  On your laptop, open to the missing class and click the Orange Edit button

2.  Now on the top right you’ll see the name and section number of your class(es) Click the little box(es) to add sections.

3.  You’ll now need to re-add your students to the seating chart so scroll down to the bottom right and choose one of the “Fill” Buttons.
