Learn about Tech in SPS
Most technology issues fall into two categories.
1) Technology is not working properly and hardware needs? Solution: Fill out a help desk ticket
2) Software and technology questions? Solution: Contact a member of your onsite team and/or your building Ed Tech leader
Web Help Desk: Complete a web help desk ticket, and a district technician will help you ASAP.
Pro Tip: Make sure to check your email and quickly respond to any technician questions.
How to write a good ticket: Writing a clear, detailed ticket and selecting the appropriate drop-down menu items will speed up ticket response time.
District Techs: Learn the name of the person assigned to your school building from Technology Services. They are the people who can fix anything!
Moysle Manager: Manager allows users to install software and printers on district computers
Temporary Admin Rights for Staff: Staff can gain temporary admin rights on their district device to adjust some settings and features
Is a subscription (iReady, Destiny, etc) unable to load or not working? System Status Check will let you know whether it is a local issue or an issue with the Website.
