Uploading Your Profile Photo To OWA

Overview

On our email system, you may upload a profile photo of yourself that other Outlook and Outlook Web Access users at SPS will see. Outside recipients will not see this photo.

Steps

Prerequisite: Have a work-friendly profile photo of yourself in JPG or PNG form that is 500kb or less in size. For best results, the image should be square.

1. Log into SPS Webmail with your District user account.

2. Go to Options->My Account and click "Edit information...".

3. Under the photo section, click the "change" button and upload your photo. After a few seconds, the photo should update. 

4. Click the Save button.
