Interactive Projector Tips
The following information is for Hamlin MS and Gateways HS staff.
Quick Tips
Microphones (HMS/GHS only)
Turn off and charge each night.
If you have a blinking red/green light, submit a Web Help Desk ticket.
If the sound isn't loud enough, make sure that the mic is up high when you wear it and that it is turned up. If that doesn't do it, turn it up at the wall. If that doesn't work, submit a Web Help Desk ticket that asks for your projector sound to be turned up.
Flashing/Flickering Projectors
If you have having the image flash off every so often, please submit a Web Help Desk ticket.
IF you are trying to use the digital ink and timer, but when the projector flickers, both of those things disappear and you have to start again, submit a Web Help Desk ticket. Be sure to include your room number/floor.
Using Pens with your Touch Screen
If your pens are not working:
Make sure that the batteries are charged.
Click the USER button on the white projector remote to calibrate it.
For all other issues, submit a Web Help Desk ticket.
Serious Troubleshooting
If your board is behaving inappropriately, please submit a Web Help Desk Ticket. Do NOT make any adjustments to the mounted equipment.
