Meet: Knocking to Get In (Waiting Rooms)

Overview

Turning Quick Access off will require EVERYONE who is not specifically invited by username to knock to get into your Google Meet when:

• You post a link in Google Classroom or Seesaw to your Google Meet;

• You use a meeting code or nickname for your meet; or

• You share the Meet URL with a family.

The only people who will be allowed to join automatically are those who are on a calendar invite by name.
