School-based Ed Tech Leaders serve as communicators about, advocates for, and teachers of Springfield Schools professional and instructional technology. They attend monthly meetings, and monitor helpdesk tickets. Sometimes they can solve helpdesk tickets, but their focus is on training/teaching staff how to use Springfield Schools professional and instructional technology.
