Using SeeSaw for Families

Seesaw Family Invitations

All students and teachers are automatically loaded into Seesaw. Families will need to receive an invitation to join Seesaw Family. The easiest way to send the invitation is by printing a custom letter for each family.

When Should the Letters be Printed?

Please hold off on inviting families until school starts and your classes have been finalized. 

Make sure that you verify that everyone you invite has Ed Rights. 

If you are not sure what Ed Rights are, please talk with your grade level team and principal.

Directions

Teachers will need to generate a PDF file containing the family invite letters for their students (shown in the video below). 

This file includes specific directions for joining Seesaw Family and can be forwarded to school secretaries for  printing and inclusion in the next mailing.
