i-Ready Report Groups
Overview
Anyone assigned to teach a class in Synergy, will have teacher access.
If someone with teacher access needs additional access, they can be assigned to a Report Group and will be able to see all students within that specific report group.
Setting up Report Groups
It is most efficient if there is a point person at the school who will oversee the creation/updating of report groups.
Considerations
It takes roughly a minute to set up a report group, add students and assign staff. Depending on your school, you will most likely have 3 or 4 report groups.
Report groups need to be created each school year.
The point person should understand how i-Ready data is used by various staff.
