U-PAR102 - ParentVUE Account Info Report

This report lists all the parents in your school, their ParentVue activation information and last access date. The report includes names, addresses, email, and parentvue settings. The report is only available as an excel document currently.

Instructions

1. Navigate and click on the U-PAR102 – ParentVue Account Info report in the Synergy tree. SPR\School Reports\Parent Info

2. Click on the ‘Sort / Output’ tab and select file type ‘Excel’. (This can be defaulted by user the first time they run it, by clicking on the ‘Save Default’ button on the top of the screen)

    

3. Click the ‘Print’ button. Once the report runs, you may get a pop-up window that asks you to either save or open the document. You can either save the report to your computer first or open with Excel from the browser.

Duplicate Parent Records

Once you open the file in Excel, you will notice that if there are two children in the school, you will see duplicate parent records.

To remove the duplicates, select your data and click the Remove Duplicates button.
