HMH Leveled Readers for the iPad
Elementary iPads with iOS 5.1.1 or greater can use the HMH Readers app to access the HMH Leveled Readers.
Directions
1. Check your iPad(s) to see if the HMH Readers app is installed. If it isn't installed, open the Self Service app on the iPad and look for the HMH Readers icon. Click it to install it.
2. Next, you will need to enter your Activation Code.
Open the HMH Readers app.
Select your GRADE LEVEL and Program (Journeys).
Click the Shopping Cart and then click the GREEN Authenticate button in the top right corner.
Enter the Authentication Code for your grade level and click the GREEN Unlock button.

Audio Settings: Student Recordings
Did you know? Students can record their voices as the they read along?
1. Open the iPad Settings and scroll down to the HMH Readers section and click the Allow Microphone option.
2. In HMH Reader, click the settings button
3. Click Audio and then make sure that the recording button is on.
