Getting Started
If you have one or more district-owned iPads, be sure to verify the following:
The iPad has a barcode on the backside.
Your iPad Name contains the barcode number (see Settings/General/About)
You have a district-issued Apple ID and know the username/password
The Self Service app is on your iPad
Please submit a Web HelpDesk Ticket if any of the above are not in place so that the iPad can be configured correctly.
