Certified staff are able to reset student passwords in SPS Portal - RapidIdentity.
If your staff password has expired, but you remember it
If your staff password has expired, but you remember it
If you have received a notice that your staff email password has expired, and you remember your password, you can login directly to the
SPS Portal with your username (firstname.lastname) and your expired password. You will be prompted to update your password.
You will not be able to login to the Staff Intranet with an expired password.
