How to Return Items to Tech Services

Standard Item Returns

 Package properly!  Use a box with some sort of padding to protect the equipment.  If damaged in transit the Warehouse or Tech Services will not cover damages.

 Label the device (taped to device, post-it will fall off without tape)

From: (School/name)

To: Tech Services

Attention: (Tech Name)

Surplus or Repair?

If it is in for repair please put WHD Ticket number

If sending in item for repair you don’t need to send in the keyboard/mouse if they are not broken.
