Fleur Delacour

When Harry Potter: The Exhibition moved to NYC, TGTSNBN went as a huge costumed group.  Irvin already knew that one had to have a spectacular outfit when attending the Exhibit, so he pulled together a new outfit: that of Fleur Delacour.  Best of all, he already had everything for it, just needed to buy thigh-highs and borrow a blond wig.

Fleur was by far the skankiest outfit Irvin had ever worn at that point.  A short miniskirt, heels, bouncy blonde hair, and the most enormous chest Irvin has ever had.  Reasoning that if veela didn't have magically huge boobs, guys wouldn't be magically attracted to them, Irvin made his breasts nothing short of enormous this time.  And boy, did he turn quite a few heads that day!  The day finished at IHOP, where Irvin and his friends sat around in costume talking about extremely dirty things, and traumatizing the poor family next to them.

Irvin donned the outfit again at MISTI-Con for the wizard rock concert; this is the perfect outfit to dance along to Swish and Flick in!

Over five years later, Irvin decided to create a new version of Fleur for a Yule Ball thrown by NYDA - the skanky Fleur costume on hand was not appropriate for a freezing December evening.  So Irvin got a fancy new blue dress, and accessorized to make Fleur ready for a ball!  Fleur's defining feature (the boobs) remained, and she joined a team called the Boob Squad - they won the trivia contest.  Fleur then danced the night away - both Fleur outfits are perfect to dance along to Swish and Flick in!

Irvin brought Fleur to Leviosa 2019 as the outfit for the concluding Ball, where she once again did a lot of dancing, and even performed a Swish and Flick routine from The Art of Wizard Dance.

For Irvin's 30th birthday, he hosted a TriDecade Tournament - and of course, any HP-themed party centered around paralleling the Triwizard Tournament would see Irvin dressed as Fleur Delacour (among others).  She was his third costume of the night, worn for the Yule Ball portion of the party.  While there, Fleur participated in a Dancing Death Eaters performance of Death Eater Tango - ironically enough, the other dancer (Sophia) was also dressed as Fleur Delacour.  (There was an elaborate backstory involving Polyjuice and secret missions, for anyone who inquired.)  After a half-hour of dancing, the costume came off when Irvin took the lyrics of Ke$ha's "Take It Off" to heart.
