Irvin's friend Amber had a very cool theme for her costumed birthday party: characters introduced in Disney sequels! So Irvin decided to cosplay a character from his favorite Disney sequel (and favorite Christmas movie): Beauty and the Beast: Enchanted Christmas. To become this Christmas ornament, Irvin had to procure even more glittering things than already exist in his life: sheets of tulle with glitter on it (which made his entire apartment sparkle forevermore) and a new wig with tinsel in it. The tricky part was the halo, which Irvin made out of cardboard and some very glittery paper, but the logistical issue of keeping it up while moving is still being resolved.

As part of the party, Irvin and friends wandered Central Park, where Irvin had to find a perfect pine tree to take photos in front of. Mission accomplished!
