Mundungus Fletcher

For TGTSNBN's Spring Cosplay Day in 2016, Irvin created a new costume for the character of Mundungus Fletcher. Armed with straggly ginger hair and a grubby trench coat, Irvin got to just be a nuisance all day, sneaking into places and "stealing" anything that wasn't nailed down. Dung may be Irvin's most prop-intensive costume yet - a suitcase full of stolen cauldrons and Black family goblets accompanied him throughout the day.

Dung kept trying to sell his stolen goods to people, though he was also forced to spend half the day running from Aurors in various directions. He re-enacted The Bribe with Umbridge, got walloped by Mrs. Figg, and got into a fight with Harry about the stolen Black family heirlooms. He also received validation when the cosplayers ran into a family on a picnic, and the children immediately figured out who he was: "Mundungus, of course, because of the stolen cauldrons!"

Irvin brought Mundungus to MISTI-Con 2017, which ended up constituting practically half of all his luggage for the con. He wandered around the hotel, offering "stolen, I mean secondhand cauldrons for sale!" and waxing on about his twisted morality. ("They were stolen by Willy Widdershins in the first place, so it's all okay!") Once again, he re-enacted The Bribe with Umbridge and got walloped by Mrs. Figg. He engaged in a photo shoot that ended up being way more sinister than intended, because Irvin has gotten a little too skilled at smirking.
