Effie Trinket

When going to see Hunger Games: Catching Fire immediately upon its release, Irvin dressed as Effie Trinket (since November is really too cold for Finnick). Pulling together the costume entirely from pieces he had lying around, the costume had a peacock theme going, with the green feather in the purple hair meant to match the dress. The crowd at the movie theater loved the outfit, and there were several similarly outfitted "Capitol citizens." However, prior to that Irvin had been in class at college, and the business students of NYU ended up very confused.
