Charlie Weasley

Irvin first began cosplaying Weasleys with the youngest: Ginny Weasley in December 2012. Over the next four and a half years, he cosplayed all the Weasley children, and completed the set at MISTI-Con 2017 with Charlie. Charlie doesn't really have very distinct clothing in the books, so Irvin chose to emphasize his two interests: Quidditch and magical beasts. He donned a set of Gryffindor Quidditch robes, and even dug out his headband from his days playing with the NY Badassilisks. The robe was adorned with Snitches, and Irvin's Snitch necklace was finally relevant to a costume.

Irvin walked around carrying his battered paperback copy of Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them. He'd long wanted someone to cosplay Norbert with him, because he seriously ships Chorbert, but it was not to be. So Irvin got a plushie of Toothless from How to Train Your Dragon, figuring that would come in handy later in life, and walked around with him as Norbert.

It was a beautiful sunny day (a little too sunny for some photos), and Irvin got some great idyllic photos of Charlie hanging out with his dragon, or just reading Fantastic Beasts under a tree. He also got photos with one of Charlie's mentors, Hagrid. Then, much to his surprise and delight, he saw his friend David dressed as a Chinese Fireball! Immediately after passing off his camera, a very odd photo session commenced. This included Charlie riding the Fireball, and ended with Charlie rubbing the dragon's belly.

Things proceeded to be weird when Charlie joined a Battle of Hogwarts photo shoot. Due to a dearth of Death Eaters to do battle with, Charlie ended up dueling with his own mother. Call it an AU photo shoot.
