Clarisse La Rue

When The Lightning Thief finally arrived on Broadway, composer Rob Rokicki told Irvin he'd love to see more cosplay at the theater. Irvin was only too happy to oblige! To cosplay Clarisse La Rue, all Irvin needed to procure was a red vest and kneepads; the rest was already in his closet! What would have helped with the cosplay was a temperature above freezing: these photos were taken in what can only be considered extreme weather conditions.

But it was all worth it it see the reaction of the cast! Sarah Beth Pfeifer (below), who has been portraying Clarisse for three years, said Irvin had outdone himself!
