Peter Pettigrew

One of TGTSNBN's discussion meetups was focused on the Marauders, and Irvin helped his friend Sam run the discussion. He took the opportunity to finally complete the set of Marauders for cosplay with Peter Pettigrew, having done the other three ages ago. It was difficult to know how to portray Pettigrew given Irvin's very different body type, so he focused on two key features: the silver hand granted to Pettigrew by Voldemort, and the rat nose to signify his Animagus form. This, combined with a very creepy demeanor, did the trick. The discussion meetups do not present a good opportunity for cosplay photography, but Irvin did manage to get a cool shot of the silver hand choking Peter to death.

For Irvin's 30th birthday, he hosted a TriDecade Tournament - and as part of the myriad characters cosplayed over the course of the evening was Pettigrew. Wormtail was his sixth costume of the night, worn for the rebirth-in-a-cauldron portion of the party. It was as Wormtail that Irvin took most of the photos that night, calling up groups of attendees to drop ingredients into the cauldron to build a thirty-year-old Irvin! It seems a fitting way to remember the big 3-0 birthday party!
