Belle Flotsam Lumiere

In 2017, Irvin followed up the prior year's Ursula costume at the Mermaid Parade with her hench-eel Flotsam, beginning a tradition of cosplaying Little Mermaid characters every Mermaid Parade. Given the release of the live-action Beauty and the Beast in 2017, Irvin did a few cosplays from that film - Lumiere being far and away the most ambitious.
