For Irvin's fifth voyage aboard Titanique, he thought it might be time to branch out from cosplaying Celine Dion, and chose to cosplay Jack Dawson in his favorite moment from the show: when Jack is (hilariously) drowning while Rose and company sing "The Prayer." It's such a perfect distillation of what Titanique does best: taking the saddest moment of the film, and making it hilarious through Constantine Rousouli's hamming it up, set to a perfect song choice from Celine Dion's oeuvre.
Luckily, Irvin had a solid chunk of the costume in his closet already, such as brown suspenders and belt. Jack's "slim-fit khakis" hearken back to Fiyero's tight pants. So Irvin just had to get the olive shirt Jack wears, and some blue-white fabric to drown in.
In a twist of cruel irony, the day of the cosplay was incredibly hot, while Irvin was cosplaying someone freezing and dying of hypothermia. The irony was not lost on Irvin, as those slim-fit khakis trapped the heat in, and he kept saying "I'm dying of cold" in vain hopes of manifesting the feeling.
It's a very specific cosplay, but plenty of fans recognized it and offered compliments. An even bigger compliment was when Frankie Grande recognized him at the stagedoor, having only seen Irvin as Celine previously - that seems to place Irvin firmly in "superfan" territory if the cast recognizes him regardless of costume!
After the stagedoor, Irvin made sure to get photos in as many of the silly poses from the show as he could, having tried to pay close attention in the scene while also doubled over in laughter.
