Atropine for bradycardia

Sig 0.5 mg iv stat

ซ้ำได้ รวมไม่เกิน 1.5 mg สูงสุดไม่เกิน 3 mg

ถ้าให้ขนาดต่ำว่า 0.5 mg อาจส่งผลตรงข้ามหัวใจเต้นช้าลงได้อีก

ถ้าไม่ตอบสนองต้องใช้ transcutaneous pacing

ยาอื่นที่ใช้ได้แต่เป็น second line : dopamine, epinephrine

1.กรณี Mobitz typeLL 2^nd degree, 3^rd degree AV block

ต้องใช้ transcutaneous pacing ทันที อย่าหวังพึ่ง atropine มักจะไม่ได้ผล

2.กรณีที่มี poor perfusion ควรให้ transcutaneous pacing ทันที

ระวังกรณี MI ควรให้ atropine ด้วยความระมัดระวัง อาจทำให้ ischemia เลวร้ายลงไปอีก
