What is your favorite memory at Masterman?

My favorite memory at Masterman was when a bunch of people told Ms. Jay that it was my birthday when it actually wasn’t, and she made the whole cafeteria sing me “Happy Birthday”, and then gave me an extra pizza. It’s my favorite memory because she made it seem like it was going to be a common occurrence but never did it again.

What is the weirdest thing you’ve seen at Masterman?

This one girl tried to figure out a way to take her shoes off in every class.

What piece of advice would you give your freshman self?

Just give up on precalc. Don’t even waste time trying. Ms. Smith cannot be defeated.

You are an iconic member of the ultimate frisbee team. What attracted you to frisbee and why is it special to you?

Frisbee is special to me because it's just such a unique sport. I’ve had a lot of fun mentoring players like Max Tran and Grace Maroon. What would they do without me, the team captain?

You are president of the Voter Registration club and are involved with PA Youth Vote. What got you interested in voter registration, and what is the most meaningful part of this work?

To me, voting is the principle. It’s the American people making a statement. ROCK THE VOTE!

Where do you see yourself in ten years?

Winning Survivor season 63.

Favorite joke?

Why did the clown shut down his balloon-animal business?

Inflation.

Favorite cafeteria food?

Hot dogs and beans. Especially the beans. They are so good. Ms. Jay, if you’re reading this, please put the beans on the menu every day. Me and a lot of other students love them. Thank you.
