This week, the learners have been consolidating this term's learning by revising the Summer 1 scheme of work. For example, -est, -ed, and -ing words. Our learners have been continuing to practise correct letter formation by writing sentences in group sessions using the writing boards. We are very impressed by their progression since autumn 1!! Our learners have also been practising mark making tricky words using sand and sticks. A wonderful week had by all!!

This week in Maths, the learners explored repeating patterns and pattern rules during Bee Week activities. The children identified the repeating part of patterns and created their own bee-themed patterns using colours, objects, and movements. They used mathematical language to explain what comes next and are growing in confidence when spotting, continuing, and talking about patterns..
Secondary Art Show
Secondary Art Show
This week, the children were able to pop by and explore the Secondary Art show! They loved looking at all the different art work and were very impressed with the big boys and girls!
Particular favourites were the colour blocked pizzas and donuts, as well as the landmarks from around Bahrain.
Ish
Ish
This week, the learners explored the book Ish and discussed how it is okay not to be perfect as long as we try our best. During Drawing Club, they talked about things they are “okay-ish” at and how practice helps us improve. The learners also created their own “ish sticks” using different materials, developing their creativity, confidence, and artistic expression while learning that everyone’s work can be unique and special.

Wolverton and the HPL wolf-pack have been beautifully upcycled from our previous Nadeen uniform, with additions from our current one, symbolising our journey from one campus to another, and reflecting transformation, unity and growth.
A special thank you to Friend of Nadeen, Kirstin, for this wonderful creation.
Tickets can be purchased for BD1 from the Main Reception or Learner Entrance.
All funds raised will support our Hydroponics Initiative, enriching Food Technology and Biology lessons and helping our learners explore sustainability, gardening and plant science in purposeful, hands-on ways.

Arabic Digital Library
Arabic Digital Library
We are pleased to share the launch of The Arabic Stories Digital Library, an innovative initiative from our Arabic Department designed to strengthen our culture of reading and academic excellence.
The platform provides a carefully curated collection of Arabic stories tailored to learners’ varying interests and proficiency levels. Learners are encouraged to read at least one story per week and complete a structured reflection task to deepen comprehension, enhance written expression, and develop critical thinking skills.
The library will continue to expand through regular updates, ensuring fresh and engaging content. This initiative supports independent learning, advances language development, and reinforces cultural identity — all aligned with our strategic vision and High Performance Learning framework.

Martial Arts Summer Camp
Our Martial Arts Summer Camp is a great opportunity for your child to experience self-defence techniques and real-life scenarios, and learn how Boxing, Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu can help them deal with those scenarios as well as boost their discipline, self-control, self confidence.
Time: 10.30 AM to 12 PM
Days: Sunday, Monday and Wednesday

This July, our summer camp welcomes children aged 4–9 for 20 exciting days filled with creativity, laughter, friendship, and experiences that feel fresh and different each week. With 4 unique themes still to be revealed, every few days brings a completely new atmosphere, keeping the excitement going all month long.
