At Nadeen, we truly value our partnership with parents and remain open to communication at all times. We are always happy to meet and discuss your child’s progress, wellbeing, or any concerns. However, please be mindful that our teachers have very busy schedules. To ensure we can give you the time and attention needed, we kindly ask that you first reach out via email to arrange a meeting and provide notice (please see the Communication Details document above). October: Cancer Awareness Month 🎗️
During the entire month of October, our school is dedicated to Cancer Awareness. This is a time to show support, raise awareness, and stand in solidarity with those affected by cancer.
We warmly invite all parents and learners to take part in this meaningful initiative by:
Writing a message of hope, strength, or remembrance
Drawing a picture that reflects cancer awareness – whether it's a ribbon, a heart, or a tribute to someone special
Your contributions will be displayed around the school as a symbol of our community’s compassion and support.
Let’s come together to honor the fighters, celebrate the survivors, and remember the loved ones we’ve lost.
Together, we are stronger.
Celebrating Our Community Together We are so thankful to the wonderful group of parents already helping us plan for our Diwali celebration on October 9th. From October 5th–9th, parents who observe Diwali are warmly invited to visit their child’s class to share a story, lead a craft, or introduce another cultural activity. If you would like to take part, please reach out directly to your child’s class teacher. We also warmly welcome parents who would like to share traditions from any cultural or national celebration that is special to your family. Part of what makes Nadeen School so unique is our wonderfully international community—over 70 nationalities, each with its own traditions, stories, and celebrations. Together, we create joyful experiences that help our children learn, connect, and appreciate the richness of our diverse world.

We kindly remind all parents that learners must attend school each day in their formal Nadeen uniform. On PE days, learners should bring their full PE kit with them and change into it before their lesson, and then back into their school uniform afterwards.
This approach helps maintain high standards of presentation throughout the school day, ensures consistency across the Secondary phase, and reinforces the importance of learners taking responsibility for their appearance and belongings.
We aim to maintain a professional learning environment, so hair should be neat and appropriate for school. For health and safety, hair must be tied back for practical subjects-PE, Food & Nutrition, Art, Science experiments, and similar activities. Please ensure learners bring a hair tie each day. Thank you for your support.
We are pleased to inform you that a dedicated email address has now been created for reporting learner absences. Please use attendance@nadeenschool.com to notify the school if your child will be absent on the day. All of the absence correspondence should as always go through the form tutor. This will help us ensure accurate attendance records and streamline communication. Thank you for your cooperation.
