Up and Coming Dates:
Tuesday 16th September - 8.15 am Meet with the Primary Vice Principal
Saturday 20th September - 8.30 am Beach Clean up
We have been focusing on embedding routines in FS1, such as lining up and circle time. Establishing clear routines supports our learners in developing their communication and language skills as they listen to instructions, explore new vocabulary, and express their needs with growing confidence.
We have been learning to look closely at ourselves and represent what we see. We have added these to our self portrait display and will continue to add to theses throughout the year to see how we have grown.
Our FS1 learners have been strengthening their fine motor skills while exploring control and coordination through rice play. With a variety of tools, they enjoyed scooping, pouring, pinching, sprinkling and sifting the rice.
The children have been enjoying playing together, taking turns and helping one another. Through these shared experiences, they are building strong friendships and developing important social skills.
