Today, the 5th graders continued to work on their drone project. They are doing an awesome job at staying on task and managing such a huge piece of work. We were extra excited because we were able to spend some time in the school gym which has enough space for all of the groups to fly and film at once.
We are finding that phones are the most reliable option for connecting to the drones, so if there are any students who are able to download DroneBlocks over the next week and bring a phone to class next week, it could help things run more smoothly.
We're all set on building materials and snacks for the time being! Thank you so much for all of the generous donations!
As we begin our school year and face new challenges, we are seeking new ways to enrich your child's education both in person and virtually. Our current wish list includes a set of classroom cameras (~$100 ea) and Rubiks Cubes ($12)! Please click on the link below to donate to my Boise Foundation Account. [LOWELL/GATE/GABRIELLI,AUDREY]
THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THOSE WHO ALREADY DONATED!
IT WILL BE PUT TO GOOD USE RIGHT AWAY!
(I'll start posting as soon as I have confirmed which students from each school are on the No Photo List. Thanks for your patience!)
