Hello, My name is Nathaniel Jara. I grew up in Wahiawa. Attended and graduated at Leilehua High school in the year 2019. I first started college at Leeward Community College and then transferred to the University of Hawai‘i - West O‘ahu. If I were an artist's tool, I would be a pen. The reason being is that no matter what you go through life wandering and leave traces behind. These traces represent your past and it represents us as who we are. We can make mistakes, but we can still go forward to leave more traces so more people can be inspired or learn from us.
From creative works to voice out the problems within a company, people have used anonymity to help protect themselves from harassment or prejudice from others. However, online anonymity is mostly used everywhere and mostly everyone uses it to protect themselves whether it being for privacy or harassing others. The research that was conducted consisted on why and how people interact with others with anonymity to gain a better understanding of the main usage of anonymity online compared to how it was used in the past. Since online anonymity is about having little to no identifiable objects of the users identity on their account, their behaviors and interactions with others can either be changed positively or negatively because their identity is private. The implications of this research can show how and why the behaviors and their interactions with others and how to effectively use it in different situations. However, it also shows how much people use online anonymity in certain ways that shows why anonymity can either be good or bad.
The concept of creativity has come a long way. The Old Greeks would call those creative forces muses, other religions referred to them as God. Today people still mostly treat creativity as an aha moment outside the area of influence. However, just by looking at the creative process one can tell, that creativity and creative work is more than just that one "Aha-Moment" (insight). It is clear that generating ideas demands planning and preparation, identifying something of interest like a problem, an opportunity or a challenge, doing research. This then leads to thinking of a solution, allowing time to incubate and iterations before arriving at something “complete.” Students learn that hard work is what makes their ideas come to life and sticktuiveness is what helps them get better.
