Ryne James Eichi Shinno. I graduated from Assets high school and went to UHWO. But I had a little rough start so I transferred to Leeward Community College where I was able to finish my Associateʻs degree and then returned to UHWO to continue on to a bachelorʻs degree. My creative media journey first began at Leeward CC for Digital Media, then went to UHWO to continue in Creative media. My Degree I’m getting is a bachelor’s degree in Creative Media. If I were an artist’s tool, I would be an artistic pencil. The Pencil draws out the design and with the eraser can fix mistakes or make changes if needed. I think/plan out what I need to do before doing it. I might rethink something and might want to make changes, add or remove something to an idea or plan.
Creativity has come in many different forms and styles over the years. Creativity had evolved over the years like in art, designing, sculpting, sketching, etc. In, our current modern- days creativity is mostly done digitally. Done mostly on computers as they changed from being huge and bulking to smaller and slimmer from newer technology were invented. Using different software to be done by hand on either a mouse or digital draw with styles. As technology advanced newer forms/ways of creativity were invented and as it was evolving in the modern days. Either for creating or editing sounds, pictures, animation, music, and videos. The one form of modern creativity, I’ll be going over is short form video editing. This played a big part in our modern-day ways in creativity. What video editing have to do with creativity? Does its history relate to creativity? How has it effected our modern-day creativity? This research project attempts to answer these questions.
