My name is John Amita, and I am 22 years old. I graduated of James Campbell High School in 2018. I was born and raised right here on the island of Oahu. I have a deep passion for the creative arts, especially photography. If I were an artist's tool I would be a notebook, or a sketch pad. Unlike for-profit organizations, nonprofits have a social mission, actively going above and beyond, engaging with the community and improving the quality of life for its members. These organizations have no interest in financial gain, instead profits and revenues are put back towards the public interest and the people they serve. This research paper looked more closely at the unique positioning of nonprofit organizations.

The practicum is a planned, supervised, and evaluated practice experience. The goal of the practicum is to provide an opportunity for the student to synthesize, integrate, and apply practical skills, knowledge, and training learned through courses, to gain professional experience in a professional work environment, and to work on creative media projects that revolve around the research they conducted in the prior semester.
Practicum placements are individually selected and therefore, the focus, substance, and approach of the practicum will vary, depending on the studentʻs concentration and the specific interests, research goals, and professional objectives.
