Hi! My name is Reyn Shioji. I was born and raised in Pearl City Hawaii. I attended Pearl City High School and graduated in class of 2018 and then went to Leeward Community College and graduated 2020. If I were an artistʻs tool, I would be a piece of paper since I feel like to some people I can be bland and just a blank sheet, but to others I can really be an opportunity of creativity and freedom.
Cheating is a common problem in many areas of life, like in relationships, school, and sports. We often hear about cheating in traditional sports and how it's not acceptable, but we don't always hear the same message about cheating in esports. But, playing in esports tournaments is important to both the players and fans, and cheating can have serious consequences for the players' careers. So, it's just as important to discourage cheating in esports as it is in traditional sports.
The concept of creativity has come a long way. The Old Greeks would call those creative forces muses, other religions referred to them as God. Today people still mostly treat creativity as an aha moment outside the area of influence. However, just by looking at the creative process one can tell, that creativity and creative work is more than just that one "Aha-Moment" (insight). It is clear that generating ideas demands planning and preparation, identifying something of interest like a problem, an opportunity or a challenge, doing research. This then leads to thinking of a solution, allowing time to incubate and iterations before arriving at something “complete.” Students learn that hard work is what makes their ideas come to life and sticktuiveness is what helps them get better.
