Hello, My name is Rhiannon Sholtis. I was born and raised in Hawai'i on the West Side of the island, living in Waiʻanae my entire life. My school, Kamaile Academy, was only a minute's walk away from my house and I spent most of my educational life there (K-12), and only graduated with sixteen other people, some of whom are still my closest friends today. After high school, I chose to go to West O‘ahu to maintain that sense of a smaller community while also branching out. If I were an artist's tool, I would be a palette. A palette is an underrated asset, as most might overlook it because of its simplicity. However, a palette is what an artist uses to carry the paint for its creation, relying on it for its stability. The artist also mixes paint on the palette, creating new colors and ideas before the brush even touches the canvas. The palette is a dependable partner to the artist, working in tandem with them to create something great

The paper gives a brief overview of other factors that work against women in Hollywood behind the scenes, and cliche tropes that work against the reputation of women.
The concept of creativity has come a long way. The Old Greeks would call those creative forces muses, other religions referred to them as God. Today people still mostly treat creativity as an aha moment outside the area of influence. However, just by looking at the creative process one can tell, that creativity and creative work is more than just that one "Aha-Moment" (insight). It is clear that generating ideas demands planning and preparation, identifying something of interest like a problem, an opportunity or a challenge, doing research. This then leads to thinking of a solution, allowing time to incubate and iterations before arriving at something “complete.” Students learn that hard work is what makes their ideas come to life and sticktuiveness is what helps them get better.
