Undeliverable Messages to Parents

When a teacher uses TeacherVUE to send out emails to parents (including emailed progress reports), it relies on having accurate information in Synergy.

If you receive a message (similar to those shown below) stating that your message is "undeliverable," please forward it to your designated office staff.

They can search the system for the parent's email address in the parent demographic, contact the parent and update the parent's info to include the correct current email. This will update the information system wide.
