Commander Report

Today was our last full day of simulation. We used it to perfect our projects and prepare our reports.
The astronomers woke up earlier than the rest of us because they tried to catch the Panstarrs comet
on picture but unfortunately they couldn't take any shot this morning. However, their good session
of last night make up for it and they had plenty of work today with the processing of the pictures.
The rest of us worked tried to take the best out of everything we did and collected until now. The
geologist perfected the mapping of the zone by inputting all the points taken during the last few
days since our map didn't take in consideration the last points we had collected.
The engineers prepared their EVA by testing the programming of the chips before going and the field
experiment on long distances applications was a success. The "hide and seek" using the chips to
localise themselves went well.
DG paid us a visit in the afternoon to ask a few question about our water and toilet use. He stayed
for a couple minutes inside the Hab before leaving.
We also spent part of the afternoon making a video and taking pictures that will be needed for our
presentations and conferences scheduled after our return in Belgium.
