Toilet history to assist with toilet repair team arriving on Thursday:
Toilet problems started upon our arrival. The prior rotation informed us of the need to power flush with a bucket, and not to put any toilet paper in the toilet. The toilet would flush with a slow flow on its own. A bucket flush seemed to work somewhat.
As the temperature dropped, we had a complete stoppage in the toilet.
I countered this with multiple hot water flushes. The hot water flushes had to be conducted fairly frequently to keep any kind of flow. At this time it required two or more 'power flushes'. I also used the snake with no improvements.
As the temperature went up again, the toilet flow increased but with often backing up with feces coming back into the toilet. This occurred for about two days. Power flushing was not always effective, and we required two or more buckets to clear the system and keep the feces from coming back up.
The current state of the toilet is similar to when we have arrived. There is only a little bit of flow of water when the toilet is flushed on its own. Any solid waste requires a power flush with a five gallon bucket.
