There is a small injury to report today which is Volker bumped his head very hard in his bunk. He
still is a little bit hurting. Hope it will be better soon.
Charles brought a lot of medical supplies! Thank you! Unfortunately I am not going to make it
anymore regarding to time during my cycle to inventorise all. I am going to ask the new HSO
tomorrow if she can do this.
The crew today was very dehydrated in the morning and feeling fatigued. Some crew members
experienced headaches upon waking up (myself included), and the headache has been simmering around all day.
We did a very intense hike yesterday, but did not drink enough. This could be a possible cause of our headaches. There is, however, a psychological effect in play while crewmembers do not drink enough. We try to avoid using the indoor restroom at night. Using the outdoor restroom in the evening and night seems a long way to go. (e.g. boots on, etc. ). Thus, we may perhaps be subconsciously limiting the restroom visits. This, then, lead to not drinking enough.
Yesterday, we had an interesting session with Ayako about how habitability could be improved, and
paving the outdoor way in the virual tunnel to the potties would already a big step. To cover the
tunnel with some kind of material would be another great step!
