Health and Safety Report

Crew 121 had a few problems sleeping as many of us endured hot flashes and dry nose problems. Before going to bed two
crewmembers took a few drops of nasal spray. One crewmember took two Tums after dinner due to an uneasy feeling from the food
we ate. As a precautionary measurement I gave the crewmembers going out on an EVA a safety briefing on the ice and slippery mud
located outside the HAB. I also made them aware of how far urgent care is located and told them to keep that in consideration when
climbing any hills or mountains. Two crewmembers also took 3 Mortin each as they got headaches after the EVA excursion.
