I dreamt that you clicked the vote button.

Will you make my dreams come true?

There was something about toilet paper too.

Commentary

- My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic

SO. MUCH. TEXT. This is the main reason I personally can't wait for Project Twex (which is the official name for the project of moving to the larger size) to be finished. I did some work on it yesterday, double-sizing the layout file and making it a bit cooler, at least at the top. You'll see what I mean when the Project is over, or you may have seen it already if you're in the [com'c] group on Palringo. It could take a few weeks, though.

As for MLP: Friendship Is Magic: At some point in February, I decided that I'd heard enough comments that it was surprisingly good, even for people outside the target demographic ("bronies"), that I might as well check it out. I'd also come to the conclusion that I knew about at least three grown men who watch it, but no females except one who isn't actually real. (Not long ago, the count of real females I know watches the series increased to one.)

So yeah, I guess I'm a brony. And so is Marc. This is in character for him, because he thinks more critically than most of my characters, and because of that tends to give things the benefit of the doubt. Block is even more critical, but watching MLP would obviously be a lot more OOC for him, since 1) he typically looks at things negatively, and 2) MLP tends to be comedic and not very cynical, and in general, Block probably wouldn't like it.

Here's a longer, but still non-spoilery, review of the show by Dan Shive.
