Commentary
- When we last saw Ella and Iris
(Writing this Tuesday, to be posted Thursday.)
Hm. I don't think I've actually established that Ella is Iris' superior (that she's leader of Team B) properly in the main str'ps, only in a vote incentive. And those don't count. Although you could probably deduce it from Iris' first appearance (Hey, it's related to the cow too!).
The train of thought that led to this idea also led to the realization (can't remember the order) that I've already included eyes on emoticons in Com'c, without realizing it. I've considered going back and censoring them for laughs, but that would probably lead to more confusion ("-)" and "D" aren't very effective emoticons) than snickering, and with panel two of this str'p...
I actually wrote out the whole "observations" paragraph in the script, since I figured it was better to have more material there so I could make it go past the bottom of the screen:
Observations (colon madness): No abnormal behavior has been observed other than the usual incubation of the cow egg. No notable changes to the physical state of either since the last report.
(While that doesn't look terribly long on the computer screen, it's the longest of the paragraphs.)
