My source for all the data except humans and galaxy is wolframalpha.com. The volume of the galaxy was calculated based on measures from Wikipedia. The human volume is a very generous estimate, allowing some room around them: The actual average volume of a human is only 0.0664 (6.64*10-2) cubic meters - 66.4 liters.

It's also worth noting that the size of the entire universe, as opposed to the observable universe, has been theorized to be anywhere from somewhat smaller than the observable universe (i.e. some visible galaxies being duplicate images of others, with light having traveled all the way around) to over 3*1023 times larger, if it isn't infinite. We will probably never know, because we will never receive information from outside the observable universe.

I suppose I'm an existential nihilist. However, I won't let that stand in the way of living a good life. :-)
