I think most of the time spent on this str'p went into the layout of the news program.
The channel being shown here is HTV (Hereton Television). I think this is the closest I've been to an actual recap in Com'c, but it was included mainly for the purposes of setup. Even so, the str'p this is following up from (not counting Vee's flight in and after the anniversary special) is almost a year old, so it probably doesn't hurt anyway.
