Hands. And almost even worse, arms. Please remember that the size and shape of GPTPR's head isn't really literal, as with any other head in the regular style... Not to mention the hands. And if it helps, I won't say he doesn't have some short range arm-stretching ability or something.
While it doesn't really show as muscle on his arms, GPTPR is supporting the stalk using super strength, along with his previously established flight. So hey, that's two of his powers revealed in this str'p - super strength and a toggleable super voice. Even his super strength will eventually fall short if he keeps this up, though, because the beanstalk is already unstable and weighs quite a lot. He would not be anywhere near strong enough to lift the whole thing up from the ground, and definitely not to toss it out of the city.
The full Oddevice design is based directly on the handdrawn design used in the anniversary special (linked above). I'm fairly pleased with how it turned out, myself.
