Commentary Transcript
Major Shoe has some bad habits when it comes to language, but he genuinely cares about public safety. By the way, he is talking through a megaphone, in case I failed to make that clear.
Originally, the major's last line (now in panel 2) was going to be the first line in panel 3, with panel 2 being a beat panel, but that didn't look as good as having the line in panel 2. It was a difficult decision, though.
Anyway, Vee, how many green-haired women are climbing that stalk, exactly?
Edit: Fixed some minor graphical errors with the major's first speech bubble. Only the bubble was changed; content stays the same.
